Registration for the 2026 O&M Conference Vendor Fair will be closing soon! Don’t miss this prime opportunity to connect face-to-face with NAES fleet O&M decision-makers from across the country, as well as key headquarter leadership. Vendors are also welcome to attend any sponsored conference activities, providing even more opportunities to build relationships.

NAES O&M Conference Vendor Fair
The conference will be held the week of March 2, 2026, at the Renaissance Orlando at Sea World, 6677 Sea Harbor Drive Orlando, Florida, 32821, with the Vendor Fair to be held Tuesday, March 3rd.
Register today to secure your spot and take advantage of this exclusive opportunity to connect with plant operation and maintenance professionals, as well as NAES headquarter personnel, while showcasing your innovate solutions, cutting edge technology, and industry expertise!
Registration is $2,200, which includes a display table at the vendor fair Tuesday evening and two attendees. Each additional attendee will cost $1,050.
Prices for optional sponsorships are as follows:
- Plus 1s Spouse/Guest Activity Sponsor – $500
- Breakfast – $1,175
- Daily Break- $1,050
- Lunch – $1,750
- Group Outing Sponsor – $3,000
- Evening Reception – $3,000
