Hosting
We have teamed up with IBM Cloud to offer you secure hosted environments to run your Maximo environment. This gives you the freedom to securely access your Maximo implementation from home, work, or on the road using laptops, tablets, or even your cell phone. We ensure you are on the latest version of Maximo, installing fix patches routinely. Your data is available at any time, and we give you the ability to manage your own software.
Training
We can help your employees grow in their knowledge of Maximo so you can better utilize the data you have. Through one-on-one training via phone and webinar, specialized handouts, and annual training conferences, we will work with you to make sure everyone at your plant is able to use the tools Maximo provides so you can get a better view of what is happening at your plant.
Implementation
Whether you are starting from scratch or migrating from another system, we are here to help. We have migrated from Maximo, MP2, SAP, Peoplesoft, and EAM to a new Maximo platform.
Integration
Maximo works better when it can talk to your other applications. We can help you integrate with your accounting or other systems. We have integrated with multiple applications including Great Plains, Yardi, Acc Pack, and Acumatica.
Enhancements
If your existing Maximo application is not working for you, we can help! We can do a gap analysis to see where you need to improve your utilization of the software and determine how to improve your utilization, including recommending enhancements and add-ons that will increase productivity. We can assist in loading and building your hierarchy and asset list. We have a number of custom reports we can deploy, including an inventory reconciliation report on demand, a custom Purchase Order, custom Work Order details report, a budget report with YTD spend per GL, or you can request your own custom report.
