NAES Corporation Announces Acquisition of E3 Consulting
ISSAQUAH, WA – NAESsm Corporation, a broad-based provider of services to the energy industry, announces that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire E3 Consulting®, LLC (E3), a nationally recognized independent technical and strategic business advisor to the energy industry.
“E3 is a natural fit for NAES as we are growing our portfolio in the engineering consulting space as part of our strategic plan,” said Bob Fishman, NAES President and CEO. “As a complementary service-related company, E3 will strengthen NAES capabilities, while allowing E3 to expand its reach into both its existing and new markets. E3 will continue to function as a standalone business, maintaining its independence in the marketplace, while gaining access to NAES scale and experience such that both companies can support the execution and growth of their respective businesses.”
“E3 is excited to be a part of NAES,” said Don Hurd, E3 Chief Executive Officer. “We have a unique opportunity to continue to run E3 as a separate business while being able to take advantage of the synergies and staff expertise that NAES brings to their clients.”
E3 is a leading advisor to the energy industry, with headquarters in Denver, and offices in the New York City metro area and Houston, Texas. E3 provides reviews of energy, industrial, and public infrastructure projects for capital providers, project developers and owners, and utilities.
For over 30 years, NAES has specialized in providing services centered on safe, reliable and cost-effective performance including operations and maintenance; engineering and technical services; and construction and maintenance services to the energy industry, and is expanding its maintenance and construction business in the process and oil and gas markets.
