In addition to field maintenance and overhaul, NAES provides welding, machining and repair services at its 35,000 square foot shop located in Houston, Texas, including:

• Grit blasting
• NDE
• Mechanical rebuilding & refurbishment
• Fabrication
• Machining
• Balancing

Services include repair and refurbishment of critical pieces of equipment:

• Turbines
• Compressors
• Pumps
• Blowers
• Turbine valves and component repairs including bearings
• Packing and seal strips
• Valves (screen replacement on strainers, manufacture new strainer baskets)
• Nozzles and diaphragms (spill strip replacement, erosion repairs, steam seal face restoration)
