Harrison Power Station Outages
Harrison Power Station - Haywood, WV
Performed consecutive major outages on Units 1, 2 and 3 at the 1,920 MW Harrison Power Station. Located on the West Fork River, the facility is capable of burning approximately 17,000 tons of coal per day and producing enough electricity to meet the needs of 1,440,000 residential customers.
NAES Power Contractors performed work under a firm price work scope that also included approximately 200,000 hours of T&M.
- Performed consecutive outages on Units 1, 2, and 3
- Replaced the entire lower slope, numerous superheater pendants, 188 lower horizontal reheat elements, and four burner panels for all three units
- Performed complete BHA rebuild of the precipitator on Unit 3, including duct flow modifications, new collector plates, and new rigid electrodes and controls
