The NAES Staffing Services division employs a variety of contract types to meet the unique needs of our clients. Many of our assignments provide for a partial to full menu of benefits. Availability of benefits is typically determined by such factors as client contract criteria, duration of assignment and individual needs. These benefits may include:

- 401K Program: We offer a 401K program for retirement planning to employees who meet our minimum requirement hours within a qualified time period.
- Health Insurance: Depending on the client contract specifics and factors such as duration of assignment, many assignments may offer a health insurance program specifically designed for temporary employees.
- Referral Bonus: We know that some of our best referrals come from our current employees. We acknowledge these referrals by giving temporary employees cash bonuses.
