Our recruiters further screen the candidates for qualifications, availability, and interest before responding to the customer with resumes for review and evaluation. Our clients maintain the option to interview any candidate whom we refer. Upon selection, we assume all administrative responsibility and payroll requirements including deductions and all federal, state and local taxes as required by law. You also have the option of hiring a contract employee directly onto your payroll once the employee has completed an agreed upon duration of assignment.
